TRANSPARENT NOISE BARRIERS
TRANSPARENT NOISE BARRIER PANELS – MTO DSM# 5.50.20
With transparent noise barriers now becoming commonplace in North America, Design Concrete has chosen ACRYLITE® 237 by Evonik for implementation of transparent noise barrier panels into our Sound by Design™ noise barrier system.
Transparent noise barrier panels reduce visual intrusiveness for drivers, decrease the apparent height of the wall while maintaining noise attenuation. They also provide commercial visibility for businesses and give residents on the opposing side of the barrier a more natural experience.
The lightweight properties of ACRYLITE® 237 provide the perfect solution for structure mounted noise barriers where weight restrictions can be an issue.
